He for She.

As part of the  US State Department Global Partnership's Diplomacy Lab and under the auspices of the University of TN Graduate College of Communication and Information and UT's Howard Baker Center for Public Policy, I researched the policing efforts of law enforcement in Delhi, India. As Delhi is dubbed the rape capital of India in a country where it is estimated a rape occurs every 20 minutes, I focused my police reform on Gender Based Violence.

I submitted this research to the State Department's Wonk Tank, a search for America's next great policy wonk.  On March 10, the State Department announced the four finalists for Wonk Tank, and I am honored to be one of them. On April 1, I will present this policy at the State Department.
